Continued.... Ginny's Vacation Cabin in Asheville, NC

The large master bedroom (queen bed) and bath are on the 2nd floor with a stone gas fireplace and French doors leading to a private deck.

The other 2 bedrooms (one with queen, one with twin beds) are located on the main floor.

The Kitchen is fully equipped with all major appliances and dishwasher… all the conveniences of home. 

The great room / kitchen / dining area has a cathedral ceiling, a gas fireplace encased with artistic stonework.  There are 2 sofas, one being a sleeper sofa which opens up to a comfortable queen bed. A triple French door opens to the wraparound deck which is furnished with outdoor table, chairs, and gas BBQ grill.  Two cable TVs (great room and master bedroom) are provided, plus VCR and DVD player. And there is a utility room with washer and dryer.  Linens are furnished.  You only bring paper products and soap / laundry detergents.

Rates (in US Dollars):

Off Season Rates - January thru March:
$1,000 per week; $175 per night.

In Season Rates - April thru December:
$1,150 per week; $195 per night.

On the base rate you must add the North Carolina sales tax of 6.75%. There is a $200 refundable
security deposit and a one time $75 cleaning fee. A deposit equal to 1/2 of the total fee
(rate w/tax + security deposit + cleaning fee) is due when the reservations are made. The remaining
1/2 is due 30 days prior to the arrival date. Cancellations can be made up to 30 days prior to arrival
date with a full refund minus a $50 handling fee.

VISA and MasterCard credit cards, as well as checks, are accepted.
